Fished on the lower deck of Deal Pier on Thursday night 6:45-9:45. The fishing was very slow, with no fish biting, lost 2 rigs snagged on the bottom, but did get 1 whiting which was all that was needed to win the comp. I said it was slow.

When ever we have a cold snap the fishing drops right off. the last few years the weather has been warmer, and there was plenty of fish about in january and in to february. In the past if we had cold snap in november the fishing was bad all the way till march/april, so yes [...]
